Fully Equipped Kitchen: 3-burner propane stove. Microwave. Refrigerator (operates on propane — perfect for dry camping). Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.
Bathroom Features:
Full Bathroom: Bathtub & shower. Sink and toilet.
Living & Dining:
Dinette seats up to 4 and converts into an extra sleeping space. Open layout for easy movement and group activities.

Mid size 13′ manual awning. Highly efficient layout — great for both serviced sites and off-grid adventures. Clean, well-maintained, and family-ready. This trailer is designed with young families in mind — offering comfort, space, and functionality for memorable camping experiences. This trailer has 2 x 30 lbs propane tanks available for rental at an additional cost— also offering heat in the Spring & Fall and airconditioning in the summer months.
